Silicone and grout are small details that do big jobs. Grout fills the gaps between tiles; silicone seals corners and edges where water might sneak in. In showers, these lines face constant moisture and temperature changes, so they’re under stress.

It’s far cheaper and easier than tearing out a whole shower area because water has been quietly damaging the structure underneath for years.
